Every problem is a leadership problem. We have met so many well-intentioned people and teams who want the right things but struggle so much with unreached expectations. There are some external factors outside of our control but so much of the reason we can’t meet our goals is because of leadership. We want to come along side you to help equip and empower you and your team to lead effectively. 

Our Journey

Some people are born into wealthy families. They start off as millionaires or even billionaires without having done anything to grow their wealth. I feel like this describes me but with people, not financial assets. My whole life I have had access to very wise, capable people that have cared about me and been generous with their time and their counsel. This has been especially evident over the last 12 years as I have been in multiple leadership positions in Thailand and the United States. I have always been able to go to a wide range of advisors when I don’t know how to approach new challenges, which has been often.

Values

  • I want to continue to steward and build on this amazing resource that has been given to me and to share that resource with others. We all need help when we get stuck, and we need others to help us see things from a different angle in order to have a broader perspective.

  • A coach doesn’t have to be the best player. A coach is someone who helps the players see the whole field and the whole game and makes sure the player has the tools they need to improve their game.

  • At Kibbe Consulting we are building a network of coaches and consultants that can come along side you to help you be the leader you were created to be.

The man behind the brand.

Ben Kibbe grew up in New England and Thailand. He later returned to Thailand with his wife Charity, also a missionary kid from Ecuador, and their two daughters Lydia and Evelyn. Ben founded The Way Foundation and was involved in leadership development and community development in northern Thailand for 10 years. Ben loves to launch new things and empower others to grow in their gifts and their leadership voices. Ben now uses his experience and his vast network of trusted advisors to help leadership teams and business owners improve communication and effectiveness in their leadership.
